Delivery & Despatch
We do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Every effort is made to despatch your order the same day where possible.
We try to ensure that all goods displayed in the website are in stock and ready for despatch. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order the same day we will let you know as soon as possible.
The cost of delivery is calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery location.
Please Note: Delivery costs include UK VAT at 20%. For deliveries outside the EU, the tax will be deducted at checkout.

There is no minimum order amount.
Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
